Advanced Steel Production Infrastructure and Capacity
HC covers an area of 50 acres in production, with a production plant of 20000 square meters and an office building of 7000 square meters. 3 light steel production lines, 1 heavy steel production line, and 1 enclosure production line. The annual production capacity of light and heavy steel is 40000 tons, the annual production capacity of CZ steel is 20000 tons, the annual production capacity of various types of color steel plates is 300000 square meters, and the annual production capacity of floor panels is 200000 square meters. And equipped with various advanced production equipment, including multi head strip cutting machine, assembly machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, straightening machine, electric slag welding machine, hydraulic scissor board, CNC flat drill, 16 head large shot blasting machine, CZ steel forming machine, various models of color plate forming machine, PL cutting machine, PL edge dismantling machine, equipped with 10T, 15T, and 25T cranes respectively.
